it's a cute little guitar, my 3 year old daughter would tear that little guitar up. it would be a toddler "shredfest" she would rule the stage.:ROTF:

I wouldn't call him a virtuoso or put him up with the likes of Friedman or Gilbert, but I wouldn't say that he blows.

Now you may call me a fanboy.

I remember not so long ago Metallica was considered the greatest band ever by almost everyone I met. Now look at them. Almost everyone puts them down now. I am happy to say that I never did care for them even in the 80s. Metallica can live forever or die tommorrow. It make no difference to me. The ESPs on the other hand do look pretty cool, even some of the LTDs.

metallica is a kickasss band. you hate them because they are the first metal band u have listened in your life(a life of metal). yeah you listened metallica tooo much, till you meet megadeth. but metallica is still great.

I love my LTD Horizon, it plays and sounds great.

So out of curiosity, why do people bag on Metallica so much? Sure the music has changed and sure when they interview their personalities can be some what grading.. but really why so much hate towards them? Is it because their music changed a little and they became popular?
In the future though I need to remember to not buy guitars while on Nyquil

I agree...he doesn't "Blow"... in fact he very good, even better
at coming up with some of the best memorable riff's of all time imo
I just dont like his phrasing, or tone. Hettfield sounds much better
to my ears. To bad they havent done ANYTHING Remotely like the
                        black album since!
