My guess is NAMM in January. I'm curious what the price will be vs. the Peavey. Considering a 6505+ head is around $1150 and the 5150 III is $2K, I'm guessing these aren't going to be cheap. And Peavey Wolfs weren't cheap in the first place, around $1600 for a USA Standard. So I'm guessing at least $2K.

Best necks on the planet. Ive got a fancy custom guitar coming up. Assymetrical Wolfgang profile neck with a wider 1 11/16 nut, and 24 frets (stainless steel on a AANJ)

        I cant wait!!!

for the record. That trans purple USA above was sold for 900$. It was in pristine shape, ask me how many times I kicked myself over selling that. The JPEG compression and editing killed the flame detail, but it was quite nice!!!

Ivan, It's going to be an interesting one.

Ibanez RG2620 body (cubed powder) with the Edge Pro and EMG 81/89 pups.

From there I am going with a 5 piece maple neck. SS jumbo frets, Wolfgang profile, 1 11/16 nut. It's also getting some graphite rods to keep it strong and stable in my crazy environment. Grey shellac Pyramid inlays should give it some class.

Im quite excited. I am getting Christopher Woods to do it up for me. I am nervous not having felt anyof his work, but I figure what the hell, if it works out, I will be elated. If it doesnt, Ill sell off the pieces and count my losses. It's not an over the top project in terms of $$$, hence me choosing to go a bolt on route. If it turns out to be perfect, I'll get a full out custom neck thru eventually.

I will definately post on the forum the results. It's being worked on as we speak, so I should have some results soon.

I don't like the looks of the Wolfgang but I know some one that has one and it plays pretty nice and sounds good,

                Good luck,
