So either really cheap or really really really cheap, i'm guessing if you were to buy a guitar like that it'd possibly be between $1300-$2000 USD...

Still that axe looks slick a nice take on the kelly star, fastar, and I dig the horn too..
Your right. It was really really cheap thanks to the endorsement. Not free mind you but pretty damn good.

His basic build starts between $1400 - $1500 for say a standard wood like mahongany for the body and neck, ebony board, Duncan/DiMarzio/EMG's and a OFR bridge with solid paint. Once you start adding figured or exotic woods for the tops, arch tops things like that the prices start going up. The turn around is pretty kick ass.

He will build basically any pre-existing design or you can come up with your own as well. My buddy got to check it out yesterday. You can click here to read his post. Scroll down an look for what "Facejackets" says.

    • Mammoth's website (www.officialmammothguitars.com) could really use an updating...

Yeah, it's pretty dreadful. He has someone that does it for him. He endorsed us about 8 months ago and we still haven't been added to it! Also, I know he's built some killer shit recently like that "Rhoads Tribute" you can see in some pics I posted. He needs to really redo the site. He has a myspace as well:
