I don't remember Jay having the BCR's on his site when he was a customshop dealer-I do hope he gets it back though,he's a really nice guy

Joker update!

I'm going to put new pickups in, simply because I can. Of course, my dream pickup combo will be a custom configuration. I sent off an email to Dimarzio asking for a quote. Here is a mockup:



Any opinions on my pink zebra idea? I can't say that I've seen that done before.

Well, Dimarzio will do the custom color for only $10 more, so I pulled the trigger on them. I'm also going to put on chrome rings, and redo all the electronics. For some reason BCR installed linear pots, which is ghey. The volume doesn't go all the way to zero, and the pots have the dreaded "wobble" to them. My 3-way switch is flaky, too. I'll fix all that!

Thanks for the compliment! I really appreiciate it. Were you refering to the Candy blue or the reddish orange flames? We were going for the look of a camp fire burning down with a lot of embers. And the blue ones were the look of a propane and propane accessories type flame. ( sorry but i just can't say propane with out quoting Hank Hill)
