These things look fantastic! I might have to order one - the guy is 3 hours away from where I live.

Have always wanted to work with a builder who I could sit down with, go to his shop, feel the necks.

He is building a guitar for Richie Sambora. He has a photo site and although his regular site does not show floating trems he does build them. Looks like he will do anything.

Anyone ever heard of these guitars ????

Whaaa........I think the superstrat shape is cool as hell.
I don't particularly like the headstock on the superstrat - I like something similar to a Jackson AT shape.
I spoke with him today.
I am going to go see him in a couple weeks. I sort of have an instinct for this kind of thing and I think this guy can build a hell of a guitar.

the les paul shape on the home page is fugly, the others are nothing special, and sorta attempting to be dofferent for the sheer sake of it, and i suspect the reason most manufacturers don't differ too much from the standard shapes is for the very reason mentioned above, the tried and tested designs look good, nothig else really does....

Its not that the shapes are special.

Its that the guitars are build by a guy who takes a lot of pride in his work - he has been working with wood since age 5 and building guitars since age 20. All top notch woods, materials and construction. He will use ANY woods you want and make ANY options for you.

Cosmetically, there are a few cool ones, but all the headstocks are ghastly. But hey, if he's custom, that's easy enough to take care of. And shredmonster, you're right - that's a rare find. Thanks for unearthing something different.
