Is that part of the artwork from the Cause Of Death album from Obituary?

That artwork has been used for a lot of things. It was used on one of the Meatloaf albums (inside the jacket) it was used on several of the HP Lovecraft books, I'm pretty sure I had an Obituary t-shirt that had some of that artwork on it as well. I'm not sure where it came from, but I would love to get the entire graphic on a wall painting. I think the artist is John Palencar.. hmm checking out his site I only see some of the stuff.

I'll keep looking, I can't find my book with that graphic on it.
