I like the neck! I'm going to guess that pickguard looks better in person, 'cause from where I'm standing it looks like a robot puked on your pickguard.

Warmoth makes great stuff. I have a one piece Koa Strat with koa neck/ebony board. Their attention to detail is what the major custom shops SHOULD be doing.

Very nice combination. I've heard of Wenge being used on basses, but not on guitars. It should stay straight for many years to come. Nice job!

Whoa! I missed this... Nice guitar. Warmoth makes great stuff. How do you like that PAF Pro in the bridge? I've only really tried it in the neck position.

Ill toss in my 2 cents, I love it. It's on of those guitars you'll NEVER see in a store, and it looks like it would be fun to play on. Could you send it up here for a few weeks, I need a closer look, and I'll send it back *but you pay shipping both ways*

I think it's fabulous - I really like the medium-output pickups more than the high-output stuff I've had in most of my other guitars in the past. It sounds great for cleaner stuff in addition to the saturated metal shit and responds much better to playing dynamics.

Very cool man!! Now that Jon Hill is closeing his shop, I may just go with a Warmoth with a short scale neck and tapered heel. Something different is a good thing Congrats
