I'm pretty happy with the Private Stock I ordered 5 months ago..It came fast! 513 with Charcoal to Red Tiger burst..flamed maple neck/board and onyx birds. Wish my camera was better, it's actually deep red in person

Thanks! yeah the two blades change the combination of PUP's 5 pickups 13 combinations..I love the 513! Have one with the brazillian neck, but wanted something that looked different...

Awesome, that's what getting a Custom made guitar is all about. Getting something that doesn't look like a production piece with a different color or pickup.

I dig the color(very unique) and love that you went for a flame maple neck as opposed to just getting a super fancy 513.

I just don't get it. How the hell do companies like Hamer, Suhr, and PRS put out absolutely perfect high end pieces in 3-5 months from the time you order it, to a company like J/C that take almost 2 years to get a nice guitar.


The worst part is that with the new pricing a comparable Jackson will cost more than a Hamer or Suhr and probably on par with a PS PRS.
