Here's some pics of my Caparison TAT II in Frozen Sky..2 HBs w/push/push (spring loaded) coil tap on the tone knob, ebony board, Schaller Floyed, 3pc maple neck thru, alder wings w/ arched top.. thought I'd share..

There is a back route for pull ups, but due to the arch of the top.. it does sit above the body a little.
The strings are DR Black Beauties.. they're black coated strings.. the area over the pups is where the pick wears at some of the coating, they ARE new strings..lol.. between gigs, students, sessions and clinics I'm play guitar around 70 hours or so a week.. so at least one string change on any given guitar during a week.. I rotate them around depending on what a gig or session calls for or whatever I'm teaching someone at the time. The seven strings see the least amount of use.. the Cappys, Nocturnes, Jacksons and the LP see the most use.

I like the look of TATs (after all it's really just a soloist isn't it), and Cparisons always looked well made to me. I'm not very fond of the headstocks either though. They should make a V!

i really like that!! Very cool axe and finish. I normally don't like black hardware, but it really works on that guitar. Thos inlays are really well done as well.

There's the problem. Companies are trying to come up with their own spin. They shouldn't bother. Just copy the King V or RR!
