There are some 7-string players here, I don't think anyone has bought an 8-string though.

Ya we're all over at sevenstring.org
            go check it out.
I think there are a couple of us over here (there would be many more if Jackson would put out a production USA 7 string SL2H soloist )
If this is our perdition, will you walk with me?

I've a Schecter C7 Hellraiser. I think 7 strings are great. I'm over at SS.org too. Its a great place for info on all guitars with 7+ strings.
I'd love if Jackson put out some more 7 string models. A US production model would be great

It plays like a DREAM. Seriously. I might even go as far to say that it kicks the asses of my USA Jacksons. I'll get some pics up when I have a chance.

I hardly even play my 6's anymore.
I've got a Carvin DC727c a Schecter Loomis sig and an Ibanez 7620 for 7's.

I want a 7 again. I'll see what happens at namm..

The question is Hellraiser FR or Loomis?

I really want to try a 7-string again. I'm looking at the Ibanez S-7320 because the ZR trem seems neat

I'm over at SS org too. I am lucky (but now poor) to have grabbed 2 custom shop Jackson 7's recently. A demon and a black neckthru C.O.W. sig (which I just posted over there)

Jackson really should put out an 7 string USA select to compete in the market.

never had a need for a seven string. i don't like all these band using ridiculously low tuning as the norm
