Alright, I was trying one of these out today, and was really digging it. So I come home to read up some reviews and what not along with the other guitar I was thinking about (Standard Tele), and one of the things I read was these had an issue with the wood around the knobs caving in as it was very thin. Now you know how I bash the Koreans, but is it really an issue, and does anyone know of someone who had this happen or had this happen personally? Frankly put, I was pretty gung ho on this one, moreso than the Tele until I read that.

I had a black/silver AES720. I loved it! Sounds nice and fat like my Les Pauls. The 720 has Dimarzios in it. I did not have a problem with the knobs busting through but then again I only had it for about a year (sold it to fund another guitar purchase).
The AES 620,720 and of course 920 are all awesome guitars.
