I think that's an Ibanez by trem alone. If the dude knew how to operate a camera I could see what's on the headstock. Looks like "VCD"? I don't recall ever seeing an Ibanez with that shape. Unless it's an early 80's model but then it would have a neckplate. The body looks like my wifes cutting board...
But that trem alone might get you your money back. So I think you did good...
EDIT: I just looked at the pics again. Look where the trem screws are mounted. Wow. Interesting. No way to make that trem float. Definatly not an Ibanez...
That or a Hobie skateboard. I may have been had, but I just was looking around and this way right in my price range.:ROTF: The pics sucked and that scared a lot of people I think. The bridge is real. Who knows what the pups are.
I don't think you were "had". It's all there in the pics. You just like buying inexpensive guitars. No biggie. It might be the best playing guitar in the world. Just not the best playing Ibanez in the world...
That's a heavily modified ibanez at best, what confuses me is the trem seems to be one of the newer two point non locking trems yet the guitar seems much older than that design...
