Well, lets be honest. Outside guitarists like us, who really knows who he is? I bet more "regular" people know him for his stint in TSO than Testament...

EDIT: Well, now that I think of it, how many "regular" people know who Steve Vai is? Not many. Satriani? Nope. Les Paul? You'd be surprised. So who cares who knows who he is or not. I know him. I dig him. Very tasty guitarist. I just never liked the upside down RG look of those. Look uneven to me. Felt uneven to me too...

      Awesome 540p
I loved those things great body style looks wise, a bit cumbersome in the higher registers but, hard to find.
My best friend had a black one, was his main guitar till he died, i think of him when i see those guitars, i miss him dearly.
Now it rests in it's case missing it's owner.
Damn, now i'm all choked up.

Definitely one of my favorite Ibanez models. I had a white one years ago. Wish I still had it. Isn't that kind of the inspiration for the "Demon"?

Saw him playing with TSO this year in PA. Amazing guitar playing. Shredded on a LP the whole afternoon.

I saw him too on the TSO tour. It looked like he had his Goldtop Les Paul as well as another Les Paul type guitar on some songs which to me looked like a GMP, can anyone confirm that?
BTW, this pawnshop find Skolnik axe looks cool and I like the color too

Skolnick has often talked about how great Heritage guitars are. I imagine it was that.

                  Thanks for the comments.

I had binoculars trying to get a better look at that headstock but couldn't. I was in the front row on Chris Caffery's side which made it hard to see the front of Skolnik's headstock. Thanks for the info, I forgot all about Heritage and thought GMP.
