I went to my pawnshop today in my very cool van.:ROTF: The dude wanted to show me the new kid on the block. To me it was just an American Strat hanging way up on the wall. Then some other guy tells me it does 37 things. Well, I looked it up on Google. And they sell new for $1700. His asking price was $1200 no case. Two things. It's overpriced and who the fuck wants to play every whichway but loose.:ROTF:

The VG Strat is pretty cool but used at $1200 with no case is a bit much. You can find them under $1700 new anyway. You can do alternate tunings including drop D for that instant Van Halen Unchained or Ratt Lay it Down tuning, baritone, acoustic, 12 string, humbucker, single coil ash body Strat, Tele, etc... all with just a twist of a knob. Plus, it is still a USA Strat in standard mode with single coils if thats what you want.Rudy

Fett... my brother in law has a VG...
First...its a super nice Strat on its own. Think EJ
2nd.. better use rechargable batteries, as it only last
for 45min.! FMIC didnt advertise this little "Problem"!
(how is going to be the be all, end all for the working musician
when it wont last 3 hours?)
3rd.. the 12 string is flat out amazing! Acoustic setting is great too. My brother in law was able
to buy his for $1410.00 out the door...brand new.
Overall i give it a thumbs up, because even if the battery goes dead,
its still a super Eric Johnson strat.
