Anyone have any experience with these? I've heard the quality is really good but have never tried one.

What model?
I got their Flying V 79 copy not too long ago. I was interested in the block inlay and bound fingerboard. It's a decent playing guitar, but a "real" version of this model isn't that much more expensive. The LP's seem like a better deal. If you're looking in that direction, also search for Greco and Burny brands.
Some quibbles about my V: I wanted to put a Gibson TP-6 (the fine-tuning tailpiece) on it, but none of the hardware is a direct replacement for Gibson stuff. The dimensions of the pickguard are completely different from Gibson (and thus, all aftermarket replacements).please don't put it into words, 'cause I fear what you're thinking

I have an Edwards Star and an Edwards John Sykes Les Paul Custom and they are both really good guitars. The Star is now my main axe.

My Main Player. Love it."Now remember, things look bad and it looks like you're not gonna make it, then you gotta get mean. I mean plumb, mad-dog mean. 'Cause if you lose your head and you give up then you neither live nor win. That's just the way it is. ":JOSEY WALES
