  • Chandler stuff

Bought a very cool old Chandler body today. 1 piece curly maple arch top dinky body TSB color, SD electronics cavity route and all.Top mount floyd route.I'll have to drill for floyd stud anchors and vol pot but no big deal there.Body is mint, mint, mint.
Find 2.A very worn Chandler maple/maple pointy neck.Old school style drilled thru for the floyd nut.
The neck is a little squirlely but a heating blanket should bring her back straight.
    Really? well screw Mark Twain.

i love, love, love their stuff. i have a few guitars made from their parts, and recently scored a one piece maple strathead of theirs. the pointy necks of theirs are a little on the meaty side, but the stratheads are wonderful.

              Congrats stray...
I came this close (holding fingers very close together) to buying that evil clown graphic that was on the bay a couple months ago.
Did anyone else see that beast?
              Nice nice nicey nice.
              Chandler stuff is the balls.

I've got two Chandler strats, both with one-piece maple necks. One with a creme body and MOTO pickguard, the other with sunburst body and three-ply white pickguard.

While both of them are top-notch axes, the sunburst one REALLY shines. The previous owner changed out the bridge single-coil for a SD Hot Rail, which is totally bad ass.

It's just too bad FMIC ended up doing a C&D on them, or they'd STILL be making top-notch Strat copies.

I just hope they aren't doing a slow C&D on Jackson.

It would be very easy for them to decide to have a "new" line of Fenders, and "simplify" the product line...

                  Fender Soloist anyone?

Then what do we do... buy used?

Oh, wait, that's all we can afford to do anymore anyhow...

                  OK, back to the topic...

In photobucket, you'll see your pic... and four options under the pic.
Click on the direct link one, and it will say "copied"
Then, go to your post, and hit the little yellow pic attachement button...

It will come up http:// or some such nonsense
Just hit your right mouse button in that area of the window, and PASTE
(the direct link will show up)
Hit the OK button, or whatever the accept button is.
                        It should go right in.
                        Hope that helps.
                        They don't make it easy.
                        :/

I think it's the second one.
