On previous orders, I had to reject bodies. They have no inspection prior to shipment. 50% of what I order is incorrect compared to the order sheet submitted. Like many companies, good skilled labor is hard to find these days.

    I hope I'm wrong and that they are extremely busy. Leave a message for Jim or Scott. They usually get back to me pretty quick, like within 8-24 hours.

      I'm working out the details on a custom strat body. I haven't placed the order yet, but Scott has been quite helpful so far.

          Sad to hear that man...I hope its jusy growing pains for them. Got to be carefull, just as a customer base can growsby word of moth, it can shrink by word of mouth if the pruduct isnt up to standards too.

            Yep, I would think so with the growing pains. Jim had to build my last neck himself. I basically got notified the day after I spoke to him that they had shipped it out. Jim must have taken a day to build it himself.

              They made the best necks from a parts supplier bar none. I wish them the best.
