OK, you guys made me take a half hour to do this but here you go. I have all the original Pantera record albums from their dad's own record label (Metal Magic) , produced in their dad's studio (Pantego Studios). Here are scans from all 4 original Pantera records.

And what everyone is missing is that his full name back then was Diamond Darrell Lance. Even on the 1988 album, look in the credits, D. Lance.
