    That's because it's the same trem. All of the current licensed Floyds are the same TRS thingy, AFAIK. I don't know about this Douglas, but I had an Agile Interceptor Pro 7-string, and it was incredibly nice for the price. As far as 7-string trems, it's a difficult deal because the 7-string OFR is incredibly difficult to get right now, and Ibanez makes the only other decent one.

    The Douglas line is made in China and probably doesn't have the same level of workmanship as the Agiles, but it might be a fun project guitar or a cheap way to see if you like 7-strings. It's probably just as good as the Ibanez RG7321 or Schecter Omen-7.

      The one on my SX SEG is not the same as a JT580LP. It looks the same as a Schaller at first glance. Either way, both trems are decent enough that I can stand using them.

      Edit - I am not saying it is the same as a Schaller, just that it has the same shape.

            Everything but the last couple lines of that review sounds pretty spot-on. Speculating that these will appreciate in value is ridiculous.
