Fender 2008 USA Strat pickups

Are they any good? I'm looking at a set which are from an '08 USA strat. Are they of similar quality to Duncan SSL's? Or do Fender use the same stock pups on their Mexican stuff?
Would they be of use trying to get a Mark Knopfler-like tone?
