Graphic pics ... caution !!!

Actually it's called the Silver Peacock graphic on one of the 1991 Ibanez USA Custom "Metal Design" Series. These graphics are actually iridescent fabric on both sides of a basswood body. It's like playing a better RG550 for those enthusiasts. Check it out and let me know what you guys think.

Those are cool. I dig them.

Some have a problem with the glue and fabric dampning the tone. I don't know about all that. I had an 89 FP that wasn't dead at all. Very lively. So I think that's all bunk.

I have a 91 MD as well its the silver snake graphic.The fabric is very iridecent and
3-D like but as far as tone its very lively.In fact it has great open and woody tone and the harmonics are outstanding.
This one was made at the artist relation custom shop on Case St L.A. California.
DiMarzio PAF pro neck and bridge the single is a DiMarzio I just don't no which its not marked.
The original reciept (well part of it) was in the case and the invoice had a price of $2900.00 and was dated 91.
I think the graphic on yours kicks ass big time.

Surely more like a 560 or 760 from the pickup configutation.

They are like a 570 more that anything but the rear of the body is scalloped like a Dinky and has a non angled neck plate.I love mine its a very well made guitar.The attention to detail is quite amazing,the neck pocket is nice and tight the routings are smooth the wireing is very clean.Everything is sheilded and its quiet as a mouse.
Tons of fat tone and plays like butter.
