i am AL-A-Bastard...the lead guitarist for satan's underwear - the most evil band ever spawn from the pits of HELL (which is really more like my parents 7 bedroom house in suburbia, but, fuck it - i am an unappreciative brat, so i can write evil tunes even though i have NEVER suffered a day in my life)....

                1976 Ibanez Les Paul

Oh yeah...it's sweet with its Super '70s pickups and the beautiful iced tea finish. I LOVE the sander/planer marks on the back!!
My Duncan Designed pickups are way better than Seymour Duncan regular pickups you fanboy.

Yeah...too bad the forum doesn't have a minimum IQ.

                            sonic,
                            that's a cool one.
I totally dig the neck wear/mojo, and I'm glad you didn't make it all purdy.
tell me what you think of the Dan Armstrong pickup, when you get a free moment.

I have one kicking around, and I'm thinking about throwing it into something.

Does it work nice as a middle pickup, or is it a bit muddy there?

                            Cheers...

its kent armstrong (don.t know if thats different to the one you're thinking of) it sounds alrite. Sorta woody and a little honky at the same time. I don.t really use it for leads tho, only for cleaner stuff really but it sounds good there too
