Pretty insightful stuff. Really get a good sense of the different qualities each guitar has and what they might be suited for with regards to the sound they make. Our beloved Charvel Model 4 made the list with the Jackson KV first up!

Well, it's not a promo vid from a large corporation. Nor is it a professional informational vid as Guitar World feature guitar one's are.

True, it is a nobody's posted vid and opinion, but it is something you can see and hear. I doubt most of us will have the time to evaluate that many guitars in a store. I don't.

I don't agree with everything he says as some of it is incomplete but it is good general knowledge. I could do without the wanking too but overall it is really great stuff for beginners... He also has a video compairing Licensed Floyd with the OFR, good stuff. I could have use info like that 25 years ago.

Who had the CS w/ the misaligned/doweled truss rod? Guy has the exact same problem on his KV-1.

I guess pull every truss rod cover before you buy a USA????

I dunno, I thought he did a decent job. He refrains from drawing sweeping "this sucks" or "that rules" kinds of conclusions, and just reports his experience with his guitars. The playing isn't terrible either.

I wasted my time watching the Kahler versus Floyd video, and that had alot of bad info in there. Its fine when you make these videos, but not knowing the facts is a problem. I wont watch this one either, because I can find 5 million people who say one guitar sucks for metal, while 5 million others will say it rulez for metal. That gets into stating opinion as fact........
