OK - it got here today . The back of the neck was kind of rough ( a liberal use of 0000 steel wool smoothed it out nicely.Of course I had to adjust the floating trem.Frets need to be polished , I will be doing that and conditioning the neck at next string change.

It's bigger and heavier than I had anticipated, but that's alright - as it won't see too much use. There's 1 original I have that it will be cool to pull out for gigs -

no idea about the body wood -untill I pull a neck off to look in the pocket , the cavities are painted.
The overall sound is pretty good

This is fun, kinda like the "guess what's different" game. There are three knobs on the ebay photo and yours has four. Threw one in for free I guess. I do like the headstock on yours model better with the body style.

I would've never noticed the differences \ as all I wanted was an electric 12 string\electric 6 with whammy ;

I've set it up 8's on the 12...............

it's fun , but heavy and awkward - I still feel it'll be cool to pull out at a show ( for one song)
