  • current quality of mighty mite bodies?

Anybody bought or checked them out since they moved production to Korea?
I am gassing for some strathead one of two humbucker guitars with either hardtails or vintage trems and was thinking of checking them out. JC guitars carries them on ebay and they are local.
The necks I was thinking about too but those I might have build to my specs.

Since no one posted I went ahead and bought one that included pots and trem

Nice quilting , but not swimming pool deep. The back plate is off showing the trem cavity on one side. good weight. The routing is a little rough on the inside when the machine started/stopped. Nice for the money.
I don't know why you have a blade slot on a one humbucker guitar body.

yeah, the blade slot is kinda wacky. i'd rout it for a neck single because of it.

my "charvelle" pseudo-25th anniversary strat was all mighty mite parts; it was heavy, but sounded kickass. once i levelled the frets and adjusted the nut slots, it was a kickin' little guitar. the finishes aren't always perfect, for the money, you can't beat it.

It should come out real nice after I get the neck from mojo.
Do you have a picture of that guitar?

I got a Strat big head neck from eBay. Then a week ago I got a body. Both are Mighty Mite.
They are very new. How can I tell if they are Korean?

            Here's the eBay store . . .

They used to make them like this in the U.S.
