May be "set-thru". I had a Schecter 7-string like that. They contour the heel smooth so it looks like it goes through.

I don't have any pics but toejam pretty much nailed it. They have a long neck tenon that goes to the back of the bridge pickup cavity, effectively making it feel like a neck-thru.

My two prototypes have true neck-thru construction though.

All I can say is the one I played gave me GAS bad!!
These are fantastic guitars. I am trying to move some investments so I can buy one or two.
