Lately whenever I played my self build explorer I was grabbing for a whammy bar in vain, with both my Fender Strat and my Ibanez Roadstar I use the Whammy bar a lot so when grabbing a guitar which doesn't have one it's kind of strange.
I have bought a Washburn "Wonderbar" from a friend that I tried on several guitars but so far haven't been able to really get the best of it. So with that I tried to put it on my Explorer and this is the result.

As you can tell by this picture I still have to hook up the pickups again but the guitar plays like butter and stays in tune just nicely.
