Cool. The Vortex Elite was originally a neck-thru model. And when did they change the headstock to 6-inline? I've got their 2001 catalog that shows the 2+4 headstock. Here's a scan. And notice in the bottom, left corner, Juan Garcia from Agent Steel has one with a 4+2 headstock.

i emailed them last month reply basically said stay tuned, they are supposed to be out this month - who will be carrying them i don't know, there arent many fernandes out there.

I'm assuming they will be Korean made. Retail price is $999, which is about averagr for the higher end Korean models from what I've seen. There was one for sale on Ebay from what appeared to be a store, but a new seller with zero feedback.
