I'm from the west so we don't get that as much. If you go north from my current location you start to hear more "eh's". The "aboot" thing is eastern Canada. We got this dude from Nova Scotia and he says aboot. he also has a hilarious accent for basically anything else.

Edit: Noticed the location. I guess Saskatchewan's the only the prairie where we don't say "aboot". Our accents are similar to people from the northern US (the Dakotas). According to the dude from NS, we don't have much of an accent at all. This one girl from Alberta sure does though. She also uses all these weird terms like "hoodie". "Hoodie" is acceptable anywhere...but here. It's bunnyhug here and if you say otherwise you get a very, VERY dirty look in your direction since a lot of people dispise people who moved here for that stupid economical boom.

Id want the Xiphos but i do own a dv-200 with which i am more than happy so the v-500 must be a real step up but id take a Warrior over both.

The Xiphos looks much more like a Stealth with pointy corners than a Warrior ripoff. The Warrior is a little more angled looking...definitely all "X" shapes though.

It's better than kangaroo. I've heard hooded sweaters with pouches be called that too. When you're from here bunnyhug is normal. That's how we pick out the people from out of province (For torture and experimentation and what not). You don't say bunnyhug, we know that you aren't a native of this province and that probably isn't a good thing.

I like the Xiphos a lot actually. If a floyd is a direct replacement, I'd definitely switch it though. For the price it was pretty sweet. I really like that crazy orange one.

I haven't played a V-500 yet, but have played a couple Xiphos'. I like them. I think the pups sound good and the neck is instantly comfortable for me (I'm a long-time Model 6 owner). I have read mixed reviews of the Edge III, but the biggest problem with the Xiphos for me (and the same problem I have with the Kelly) is the horrible neck-dive when you stand up with a strap. But I really like the neck, pups, and blue chameleon paint!
