Esp eclipse-ii ahb

I have been looking for a Les Paul Standard with a 60's neck thought I might of had one or two but was unable to close the deal. How does the ESP ECLIPSE-II compare. It is a really great looking guitar but I have not played one yet. I am thinking about a Honey Burst. the body and neck are a lot thinner , its less like player a les paul more like a more modern design. its a great guitar but ive only played the emg'd version , im interested in how the duncan loaded one sounds

I've since traded that one for a satin finished vintage white with EMGs. Great guitars, but they don't really have a Les Paul vibe... as Super_shredder said it has a much more modern feeling. I'm used to Jackson style necks and the ESP Eclipse II necks fit me just fine. The satin finish is super smooth too...

Thanks for the info. I am going to play some this weekend. See if i like it. I was thinking og taking the EMG's out and putting in a set of DiMarzio Super distortions in. Black and Whites.
