What would you keep and why?

What would you keep and why? What would you sell and for how much?

I know you guys dont want to ever sell any of your guitars...but Ive come to the conclusion that Ive got too many.

I have 7 nice guitars and want to get it down to 3 or 4 max....so heres the deal.

Ive got the following:

1998 Jackson k10 Pro Black, almost perfect cond., pretty rare yada yada
1996 Jackson DR3 Trans Blue, perfect cond., not many of them either.
2002 Jackson DXMG Black, Emg's etc...almost perfect..my 1st Jackson.

2008 Schecter C1 Artists Edition, SD 59/SB, Black, entirely bound etc
2003 Schecter C1 Plus..Dark Sunburst, Wilkinson HO Pups....nice shape.

2007 Ibanez ART 300..Brown Caiman, Active Pups, almost perfect cond.
2007 Laguna LE 524..Trans Red, Alnico 8 Pups (hot)...perfect cond.

I think I want to keep the K10 Pro...just because its a sweetie, the DR3...its not common and is beautiful to look at and play and the C1 A/E..real SD's are hard to beat!
But the other 4 Im not sure about.....
The DXMG is well....a DXMG..just a damn fine machine.
The C1 Plus is a screamer with the Wilk's in it and its gorgeous....
The Ibanez is just damn fine also......actives, set neck...again NICE!
The Laguna is the most under rated of them all! If you havent played one thats setup right...you really are missing out.

Now you see my confusion...I want to keep them all...but cant justify it anymore!

OK..........what would you do? Help................its like selling my kids!

Sell the K10, DXMG and on of the Schecters.Unfortunately, I don't know anything about Laguna guitars.

I'd sell the schecters ,ibanez ,and Laguna ..... then take that money and buy your dream J/C guitar ~~ see the logic? now you've got your 4 guitars and one of them is a cool new jackson (win/win scenario),hell you'll probalbly have enough left over to take your wife to dinner !!!

Honestly, given the nature of this forum...I expected the "dump everything but the Jacksons!......but why the Artists Edition? Why not the Plus?

And there is not wife....hell, If I found someone who would let me buy all my toys and stay married to me...Id probably have a keeper! Just a single dad...my 12 year old daughter got me back into guitars. We are in a garage band together...I'm the drummer of all things. She's the bassist! Im not that good at guitar...but Im working on it slowly.

hell ,I've got an ibanez ,gibson ,dean ,10+ jacksons ...but I'm not trying to cut down .In all honesty ;of course you would want to keep the best players !!!And that's cool you're spending time with your daughter ,several other forum members have kids that they play with too here's my son with his guitar

I would sell all of the Ibanezes on eBay except the Artists Edition. That I would sell on Craigslist.

I'd guess some kind of Kelly model like a KE10 (?) like the brother guitar of the Rhoads RX10. Maybe I'm wrong?

I agree with everyone else: dump off what you dont like or dont play. If you still cant decide make it easy by dumping off everything that doesn't say "Jackson" on the headstock.

I have 3 King V's,(KV2,KVStd,KV3) and while they are bolt on's and not very desireable, or high dollar USA models,I love them and I'd never part with them no matter what. The rest of my collection I'd let go without a second thought if I had to.

I had a C plus but was stupid and sold it. Same finish as yours. Added some dimarzios though. Never liked the artist ones, don't like plain black.

I don't think you are allowed to have less than 10 anyhow.
You need to be in buy mode, not sell mode my brother.
