Well I've picked up a few more bargains I couldn't pass on, you know the drill.
The cool thing is I have so many now the wife can't tell a new one from an old one!

1st is a 87' or so Kramer Focus 3000 by ESP.
I couldn't turn it down for $80 including the hardcase and OFR!
I remember this exact guitar from the old catalogs back in the day and always loved the deep candy red.

    2nd is a Yamaha Pacifica 912 I picked up for.....Fifty bucks!
This guitar is awesome in many ways: 3 Dimarzios, bi-axial body bevels, all access neck joint that is just too cool for the upper fret access, locking tuners, swamp ash body, solid brass trem block and saddles, all standard
If it had jumbo frets instead of vintage It'd be one of my favorites for sure....hell it still is.

    3rd is a Yamaha Pacifica 1212 I got NOS.
The fretwork on this guitar is beyond awesome and the thin neck is actually very comfortable which was surprising to me cause I've been like'n thicker necks lately. Also has carbon graphite rods in the neck to help against twist. A high quality guitar in every aspect, check'em out.

4th is my Washburn MB-4 Mercury bass.
Active electronics and solid alder body with hardcase for $75.

I actually have another MB-4 and Peavey USA Limited HB on the way too.
I'll post them when they're in.

A keen eye will notice the Kramer has a Floyd copy now (had to donate the OFR to another guitar) and the 912 has stainless steel saddles which I think looks much better than the stockers.
Currently at 78 guitars - Paul Reed Smith, Jackson, Robin, Washburn, Carvin, Peavey, U.S. Masters, G&L, Hamer, Godin, BC Rich, Yamaha, Fender, ESP, Kramer, Cort, Ibanez, Aria Pro & Charvel

It's one of those nostalgic things.

Ha! Me too! Same one, right down to the color!

MIne was $337.00, purchased in '87. Traded it towards a Gibson SG around 1990 or so.

although I'm a dedicated Kramer guy, that red Yammy has me sporting wood over here.

It reminds me alot of my Heartfield Talon that I wish I'd never sold. I guess they are both in the Ibanez RG style.

SOB, the 80s vintage OFR is worth a heck of alot more than $80 IMHO. Great score.
