So, what you're saying is you did the intonation with a different neck?
kinda ...
when I first got this gtr it was a real mess, it needed everything sorting:switches, wiring, pickups, action, truss-rod .. it was horrible
The intonation was waaaay out, i ended up moving the floyd saddles about as far as they'd go from 'short' to 'long' which meant moving the saddle clamp screw ( if that's what you call it ) from one hole to the other for ALL 6 strings .. every string got about 1/4" to 5/16" longer .. nightmare.
Wanting to avoid having to do all that again when I swapped necks ( and not having a spare JT-6 I could throw on with slots instead of holes for the saddle clamp screws  ), I was extra super careful about where the neck went .. measuring the distance between trem studs and 12th fret on the old neck with the good intonation, and being careful to get those distances as close as I could with the new neck, so the intonation would be as close as reasonably possible to start with.
Neck on, string it, 2 days for the neck to settle in then sort out the truss rod, tune it again and set about intonation .. and to my ear, it didn't need any work.
Comparing 12th fret fretted notes with harmonics by ear agreed, and so did my Boss TU-2, so with a bit of thought and effort, and as much by luck as judgement, I didn't need to adjust the intonation for the new neck.
Or in short, I DID set the intonation on the old neck, but because I was so careful about where the new neck went on, the intonation was still good.
I like it too! I think J/C neck s look good on anything!
Here's a BCRich Warlcok with a Jackson neck on that I built a while ago.
Has a BCRich logo, though:
hey Metalchurch .... that's cool as !!!
I was thinking a Warlock would be the next best BC Rich to get a J/C neck, and you just confirmed it
Got any more pics ?

No, this is the only one that I have left. I had a bunch of them on my old computer, but all of my files got dumped.
I had since sold the guitar to someone in Canada. This had the Widow headstock, but I didnt care for that too much.
