Did you mod a Malmsteen? or just score a neck from ebay or something?
It's a Mammysteeny! The previous owner replaced the stacked humbucker with a SD side by side hummy. He then added the pearloid pickguard. It's a growler! Fun to play from time to time.
Thanks. The coil tap switches are now gone and there's another volume and tone there, and the Carvin pups are gone for creme DiMarzio Super D and Super 2, with a "Petrucci" switch to get the inner coils of the pups on in the middle position. Though, there's some ground loop or something going on, because it's kinda noisy when the volumes are turned down. I gotta get it looked at soon.
