The best blocks on the planet. You can go with the pop-in arm. They pop-in but have screw threads as well. I have them on all my Strats now including on my builds. Great sustain. All the post 70's Fender Strats including Custom Shop Strats have crappy "powdered metal" blocks, you could equate that to pot metal, just a little more advanced. The Callaham's are billet solid steel.

I've never actually tried one, but I remember a lot of people raving about them on the Fender Forum awhile back. I was thinking of putting one on my old Deluxe Player's Strat, but I wound up selling the guitar instead.

After exchanging a few e-mails it turns out they don't have blocks for Squires.

That sucks. I thought the Squires might have used blocks similar to Fender.

The Squiers have a narrow trem.Very hard to find em'.There is a supplier in China that makes them but you have to be a dealer.

I did end up buying the Wilkinson tremolo I figured I could install them on my own due to the oblong mounting holes, but they still didn't line up. I had a guitar tech do it for me. I finally got it back and it looks great! The block is long and sticks out the back ever so slightly! It doesn't seem to inhibit the playability. Is there anything in particular about this trem I should know about?

Get a Gotoh Wilkinson bridge, I have one of those on MY squier strat.

As you see the mounting holes are oblong shaped, that means that you can use the stock mouting holes, without having to fill and redrill them to make this bridge fit. It'll also improve the overall sound of your guitar.
