FF= Flip flop, as in the color- it changes a bit depending on how the light hits it.

I bow only to Spike on Kramer love. My stomach still does a "flip flop" when I think about the strathead he just about gave away about a year ago . I snoozed. I losed.

It would have worked it's way out of your heart after a spell, just like it did to me.
I'm much happier with the blue Deluxe with maple neck I ended up with.
