  • Show me your H/S strats...

Seems like I remember a thread where there were a lot of em...but I can't find it. I'm seriously thinking about doing this to my USA strat, but I want some different color/pickguard, etc. options.

I guess the "Pink Nightmare" falls into this category.

Thanks, I love the pink nightmare. No pretention, just get out there and wail. I've got some old strat copy bodies so I may borrow your idea.

Do you mean Fender Strat-like guitars ??

I have one (or two) like this:

Quadperson; you're talking about modding your USA strat so I'm assuming you have a Fender strat, maybe you're thinking of going for the Dave Murray strat look? Anyway I really like the H/S config with one humbucker and one singlecoil as the middle pickup seems to just get in the way.. Maybe I'm just imagining it, but that's what it feels like to me. Here's my GMW H/S config with Charvel logo, I posted a pic in another thread some time ago. It doesn't have a pickguard, but at least it's a strathead. I love it to death.

I can't find a picture of it in photobucket but I had a charvette that looked great with the neck single at an angle.

That is one of the most beautiful guitars I have ever laid my eyes on...just perfect. I feel the same way about the middle p/u. H/S is definitely my favorite config.

Beautiful guitars, especially the white Charvel, but I kinda meant Fender type strats. Or any other brands with pickguards. Thanks.

Wow, that's perfection! Love the reverse headstock, and the ebony fretboard really compliments that matte pickguard nicely. Who made that body and neck?
