    Some does help. I could tell immediately if the guys had experience around the router and band saw. If it is was questionable, I did the task. The bigger part of the lessons were proper tool safety and handling. I did not use the overarm pin router as the class was taught with tools that most had access to.

      That would be pushing it Leo. the scalloping would add at least 4 more hours to the dealio. It was pushing it to get everyone where they were with in 5 days.

          I really like the shape of the one on the left. Did he have a name for it?

          In picture 44, what is he using the drill press for?

            He's drilling holes for the side marker dots on the fretboard.
            A drill press is the best way to make sure the holes are drilled straight.
            You can do it by hand, but you run thee risk of punching through the top of the fretboard if your angle is wrong.
