I have one... I am not quite sure why it sounds so much better than my other guitars, but it does, and I want my other guitars to sound as close to it as possible.

Hopefully the answer is not "because it's an Explorer!"

Congrats, Blazer. Explorer is my favorite shape. I have a '90 in vintage white and love it. Sure wish I could get a Jackson version though.

I recently got my first Explorer, it is one big piece of wood that's for sure. One of the things that surprised me was how comfortable it is when playing sitting down. It just sits on your leg just right and feels very balanced.
