You need schaller rings. Like this one.
Kramer never used all three screws. You can see in this auction how only the middle screw was used.

Just noticed you stated that the are no threads on the middle. Although the schaller pickups ring would probably still work for you. I probably wouldn't go that route though I would just drill some holes to match on on whatever pickup ring I had laying around.
