I've always wanted to add one of these to my collection, preferably the archtop, but I've never found the right deal.

Yeah, I heard Larrivee did work for Kramer in the earlier days. Although I'm pretty sure that ESP was making these stagemasters for kramer. In fact they liked the design so much that they are almost identical to their Horizon model.Damn, I love this Interweb.

The Stagey gave way to the Horizon. The Horizon I was the predecessor to the present day ESP Horizon II and LTD MH 1000 series. The design was purely to go head-to-head with the Jackson Soloist and was in development a year before the Soloist's release, but delayed until 1986 for some stupid reason. Kramer was as famous for stupid moves as they were for brilliant ones; that's why hardly anybody even knows about them except us crispy 80's dudes.There is no "team" in "Fuck You!"
