  • Ltd dv8r

Hey guys im gonna sell my model 6 to get another v and theres a guy selling a beautiful white ltd dv8r, the ones with the passives duncans, I was wondering if any of you guys ever tried it and what are the differences with a jackson kv-2 usa (my main guitar)because I want a good backup guitar and Im wondering if I should let my model 6 go for 400$ as someone offered me and as I originally paid for it and then get the dv8r wich is only 500$ (dont worry ive got the extra 100$).thanks guys
I wonder what it feels like to have money...

Don't even bother with it, it's not that good. Instead, go tell Brooke about this seller, he'll sort him out and take the guitar, to dispose of it in a safe and appropriate manner. (Shhh, I've got yer back mate! )

Honestly, I'd say snag it. If you were selling the model 6 either way, it won't hurt to experiment. If you won't like it, you probably could entrepeneur it for the same or more, I'd say there's a market for such axes.

I say go for it if you want it and you are sure you won't miss that M6!

The Model 6 is a lot more guitar in my opinion, than any current LTD. You can stack them up against regular ESPs - IMO - from build and playability standpoints.

The M6 is quite an intimidating guitar. I think "a shredders guitar" fits the guitar perfect.

I'm in the minority, but i would say go for it and try it out.

LTDs of that series is probably going to be a great guitar, and if you're looking for a back-up V, that DV8 won't be a bad option and will probably be a killer guitar.

          just MHO.

I say a flying V with a TOM beats a strat with a floyd every time
