This thing is rediculously long, my Charvel bass is 45 inchs this is 51. The bass standing on my toe comes to the middle of my chest. The custom case is probably worth more than one would imagine it's the biggest guitar case you've ever seen. I wont even go into how to strap it on a lefty player.

Here's the bass in its quiver ...
I started shielding it just gotta do my solder joints ...
I was able to leave the original nut as it's straight pull ... in case I move it down the road ... but left-hand setup
...and a giant handle ...

It makes for a more comfortable hanging position, it'll be better balanced and there's no chance anymore of it toppling over.Last edited by leftybob; 06-04-2009, 03:17 PM.

The bridge placement seems like an after-thought..
Does it sound OK..??"Bill, Smoke a Bowl and Crank Van Halen I, Life is better when I do that"
Donnie Swanstrom 01/25/06..miss ya!
"Well, your friend would have Bell's Palsy, which is a facial paralysis, not "Balls Pelsy" like we're joking about here." Toejam's attempt at sensitivity.

I think the pups are actually closer to the bridge than on say a Charv 1B, which I think also with the reverse stringing should make it a bit brighter on the high side.
See what I mean?
