NGD: Just ordered one of these: Ibanez RG350M YE

I know everyone will say it's a cheap Iby but I could not afford a high end model and it will be a nice project guitar for upgrade.

I played the regular model with rosewood neck and the one I tried was quite fine and decent, so I bet this one with the maple neck will be as much fun and this color screams 80s!!! I love the combo yellow + black + maple neck!

Won't get it before the end of June, beginning of July...

I have come close to getting a yellow ibanez but I would put in pink or green pickups.

I seem to remember reading something about OFR's being able to fit in place of those Edge 3s. You can look into that. I absolutely adore that colour.

We'll see! I'm thinking changing the knobs to put some that look like the ones on the Jem.

Well today I ordered one of those Ibbies myself and already paid 100 bucks in advance, I should get it next week or the week after that. Our leadsinger is a BIG fan of the band Stryper so he'll approve me using a yellow and black guitar.

Got mine today, plays and sounds great, great deal for 399. Pups sounds pretty good, kinda Pafpro sounding. Neck is thicker than a wizard but comfortable, frets are big and polished and the action set up very low with ease. Looks just like the one I had back in day.
