    Nearly bid on Washburn x50 not sure if I need to kick myself

    I was gonna bid on this, I watched it to see what it went for (why do I torture myself seeing what deal somebody else can get..lol

    Something seemed so out about the price though and the Pickups with no covers should have been SD's but they seem non descript. As far as I know EMG is std and even with covers off they are printed EMG (I think?)

    Went for $162.50 & $40 shipping. If it was true I think I should have taken a stab at a bid (I know maybe the winner had a real high bid so no guarantees but a run for his money

        Those are amazing guitars. I am still kicking myself for selling mine. I had one that came with washburn pickups and had emg's in it until I sold it and installed dillions. sold mine for $260. Now the new prices are really high so I doubt I will even get one again.

          LOL it was one of those you bookmark and then think oh I better see when that auction ends...only to find it already did. Then when you see bidding did not go crazy (making you glad you stayed out of it) and a bargain was had it is time to kick yourself. that would have been a sweet buy and like Rich said they are typically going for a lot more. I could have found some EMG's to put in and still made a killing.

                That's the biggest reason I sold it. It had side markers but I am not that good of a player to play without markers.

                      Looks great, I guess if you stuck at it you would really get hand positions down as there is no markers to help, but i am with you guys, I still need mine, even after all these years
