        It is actually very well suited to drop tunings. I've been playing it in DADGAD a lot.

              That right there is about as pretty as an acoustic guitar can get.

              Much like a silversparkle superstrat, if you show up in front of people with that thing you better be able to play hehe.

                        Well, it wasn't cheap but it wasn't anywhere near that kind of money.

                        The base price for a BTO Taylor streets at well under $2k. But the woods I chose were particularly expensive.

                              Great-looking guitar, Tim! Are those butterbean style tuners unique to that model? I haven't shopped Taylors in a while so I don't know if they're using those on other models, too.

                              By the way, the GS body style is really cool. If it was available when I got my Taylor back in the mid '90's, I would have gotten it.
                              Takeoffs are optional but landings are mandatory.
