Best sounding guitar I've ever heard besides an SL2, is a ESP Mirage Deluxe that my Dad owns. That thing is a monster, amazing feel, amazing tone, and even great clean sound if you dial her in just right. Just though I would see what you guys would say.

Yeah. ESPs are some good guitars. I've got an ESP Tele-style guitar, and an LTD Strat-style guitar as well.
Another under-rated axe would be the Yamaha AES series guitars, especially the hollow-bodied AES-620HBs- those things are REALLY light, sustain like mad, and the necks on them are extra chunky, just the way I like 'em.
I also picked up an RKS Darkstar guitar the other day, which is turning into a rather interesting purchase. Nice, bright tone, lots of sustain, really light (much of the "body" consists of a plastic shell with aluminum trusses and stuff). The neck is a wee bit slim for my tastes, but it does the job adequately.

Laugh away if ya want, but I'm really liking my Agiles more and more lately, as well as my Squier strat.
Of course other than my two 80's import Charvels, these are the only guitars I own .I live on the edge of danger facing life and death every single day.....then I leave her at home and go disarm bombs.

Would have to be my vintage Washburn and Fender USA tele.
I've tried to fall in love with Gibson, PRS and Fender strats, but just can't do it.
I dig the look of this ESP though:
Jackson KV2
Jackson KE1T
Jackson KE1F
Jackson SL1
