Brought the Model 1 out tonight

She doesn't see much playing time, not sure why, just have others I play. BUT MAN, I forgot how fun this guitar is. Simple, plays like butter and screams with the Duncan SH-10 I put in it some time ago.

Just thought I would show it off a little. Great guitar.

That's a nice one. Can't go wrong with red/maple. I had a 1A when they first came out and hated the single coils and the thicker neck. I just bought one a few months ago gave the neck an oil finish put some MIM fender singles in it and love it.

very cool, man. My Model 1A sits on a stand in the lounge room so I can grab when I'm sitting in front of the telly. Gets a LOT of play time. Great guitars
