Did they ever made a Bolt on Neck RR model Charvel in about 1986?

I have seen pics of the Star models, would this be similar?

Or is it more likely to be a mutt project using an 86 model 1-4 neck?

Would this thread be more appropriate in the Import Charvel section? (I have no idea if this model was US or not).

Sounds like a mutt or possibly a Charvel Avenger (toothpaste logo).




I don't recall any Charvel V being produced in 1986. Import or USA.

Yeah it is on Craigslist for $350. He was describing it as a 86 Charvel RR3. He sent me some pics and it is identical to the Avenger posted by rjohnstone. Apparently he had it appraised.

$350 is way high for an Avenger, no matter what the "appraiser" says.

Thanks for moving this thread to the correct location.

The owner has emailed me back to say he was going to relist it with the correct details (provided by you guys ). I didn't tell him anything about the price, didn't seem worth the agro.
