Looks like a 90-91 Fusion Plus with a Model headstock logo.
    Models
The prudes may snub them, but I don't care.
    I dont need furniture.
If its tough, shreds, and screams, Its all good.
If it gets jacked, I'll get another one.
    And rock that sucker.

Definitely a Japanese-market SDK model of some sort. Here's a very similar model with H-S config called the SDK-080-SH:

          Thanks for the answers.

Has anybody got more info on these? (How they compare to the model series, how much they should go for, etc)

I've never seen a Japan-market catalog from the time-frame these came out, but I'm pretty sure they were made some time between '89 and '93. The build quality should be similar to the toothpaste-logo Charvels from around the same time, but the hardware isn't quite as good. These have a Takeuchi JT-580 trem, which isn't as good as the Schaller JT-590 that most toothpaste-logo Charvels had. Here's an old post with closeups of the body & trem on an SDK-080-SH:

As for price, I have no idea what a good price in Europe would be. I guess it's worth about what a Fusion Plus is worth, but maybe a little less because of the trem. In the U.S., that would probably be around $300 or a little less.

Is the neck supposed to look like that?

Pretty sure it is short scale. There's no catalog online to check on these exact models, but the Jackson Stars versions of the Super Dinky (SDK-***) in the '93 Japan catalog are all listed as short scale.
